We are all to busy in our everyday life, so it’s easy to overlook the power of a simple act of kindness. Yet, these small gestures not only brighten the day of the recipient but can also have a profound impact on our own mental health. Helping others triggers a cascade of positive effects in our brain, fostering a sense of purpose, connection, and happiness.
Have you ever tried to just compliment someone and not judge them as we all usually do? Why is it ok to criticize others if we don’t agree with them? Why have we accepted this as ok? We do this at home, at work etc. We also get criticized for the same reasons. We go to work and even though we are working hard it is not common to get compliments for great work. Why? Well, I have enough of this so I decided to change that.
