In today’s fast-paced world, finding a moment of peace before bedtime is essential for quality sleep. A calming evening routine not only prepares your mind and body for rest but also improves your overall sleep quality. Here’s how you can create an evening routine that ushers in a restful night.

1. Set a Consistent Sleep Schedule: Consistency is key. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body’s internal clock and improves your sleep quality.

2. Limit Screen Time: An hour before bed, switch off all electronic devices. The blue light emitted by screens interferes with the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep.

3. Create a Relaxing Atmosphere: Dim the lights in your living space and bedroom. You could light a scented candle or use essential oils with calming scents like lavender or chamomile.
