Have you ever felt like something is missing in your life, even though you have everything you’re supposed to need for a “normal” life? You’re not alone. Many of us go through times when we feel deeply unsatisfied and unhappy, despite having a roof over our heads, food to eat, and people who love us. This feeling can be confusing and can make us question what we truly want or what would make us happy.

The Puzzle of Happiness

Happiness is a puzzle that many of us spend our lives trying to solve. It’s not as simple as having a good job, a loving family, or financial stability. Mental health plays a huge role in how we perceive our lives and how we feel on a day-to-day basis. Conditions like depression, anxiety, and stress can cloud our ability to enjoy what we have and can make us feel empty inside.

The Role of Mental Health

Mental health is a critical part of our overall well-being, yet it’s often overlooked. Just like we go to the doctor for a physical illness, our mental health needs attention and care. Symptoms like constant sadness, loss of interest in activities, fatigue, and feelings of worthlessness are signs that our mental health may be struggling.
